You’ll receive a historical reception at Boclair

When you step inside Boclair, you are stepping into not just a beautiful building but a historical one at that. Our building was opened in 1890 and when re-developing the building, we kept and restored various features back to their former glory.

The marble wall in the reception area is decorated with the Bear of Gee – the Bearsden Coat of Arms. This wall is also a memorial to the former Provosts of the Burgh of Bearsden.
